Registered Psychotherapist, MA, BASc

As a therapist, I believe that true healing and personal growth emerge when we honor the intricate connection between the mind and body. Our bodies are deeply attuned to our experiences, and when we nurture both, we unlock a profound pathway to wellness. My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. I work holistically, integrating techniques that support the nervous system, encourage emotional balance, and empower clients to embrace their authentic selves.

I specialize in working with artists, creatives, and highly sensitive individuals who often find themselves navigating unique emotional landscapes. These clients tend to feel deeply—both in their creative work and in their personal lives—and they often face challenges in grounding their energy and processing intense emotions. My role is to guide them in harnessing their sensitivities as strengths, helping them cultivate resilience, maintain emotional equilibrium, and achieve their fullest potential, both personally and professionally.

Through nervous system regulation practices, mindfulness techniques, and integrative therapies, I support my clients in reconnecting to their bodies, exploring limiting beliefs, and transforming them into empowering narratives. My goal is not only to alleviate emotional distress but to help individuals flourish by providing them with the tools they need to navigate their unique paths with confidence, acceptance, and self-compassion.

In this work, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express their vulnerabilities, tap into their creative power, and find deeper alignment with who they truly are. Every person has their own rhythm and journey, and my mission is to help them find it with patience, clarity, and unconditional support.

My Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply passionate about mental health and the transformative impact it has on a person’s life. After embarking on my own healing journey and addressing my childhood trauma, I felt a profound calling to create a safe space for others—a space of acceptance, exploration, and safety. This is when the vision of The Healing Mosaic began to take shape. I started to see how the pieces of my own life fit together and realized that healing comes from integrating the parts of ourselves that become fragmented in the face of trauma.

My professional journey began in social services, where I followed my passion for supporting others and began to recognize the profound power we all have in shaping each other’s lives. Over time, I discovered my purpose in helping others pave their own path to healing through creative exploration and connection, which naturally led me to the field of psychotherapy. It was here that I became captivated by the connection between the mind, body, and ultimately, the subtle body.
