About Me
Hi, I'm Lyba...
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in holistic mental health, a passion for writing, and a deep sensitivity to the emotional world.
But before any of that, I was someone trying to make sense of why everything always felt so much.
From a young age, I experienced the world in high-definition. Loud, fast, and overwhelming. To cope, I learned to shut parts of myself down. I became quiet, careful, and disconnected from my feelings.
I wore armor to feel safe, but it only pushed me further away from who I really was.
For years, I felt lost in my own life. My creativity faded. My energy was scattered. And even though I longed for deeper connection, I didn’t know how to reach for it.
Then something shifted.
I began to understand that my sensitivity wasn’t a flaw. It was a gift.
Once I stopped trying to fix it and started listening to it, everything changed.
I learned how to regulate my nervous system, process emotions safely, and reconnect to the creative, expressive parts of me I thought I had lost.
And I came home to myself.
This journey became the heart of my work.
Because I know what it’s like to feel too much, and I know how powerful it is when you finally stop apologizing for it.

Who I Work With:
People who feel deeply and think deeply, and often feel overwhelmed by both.
What Makes My Approach Different
I don't just focus on symptoms. I support the whole system: body, mind, and soul.
Together, we explore your emotional patterns, work with your nervous system, and create new pathways toward safety, clarity, and self-trust.
Here’s how:
Emotionally: We hold space for your feelings without judgment, learning to move through them instead of around them
Somatically: We support your body’s wisdom through grounding tools, nervous system regulation, and mind-body awareness
Creatively: We nurture your voice, your energy, and your right to express without shame or fear
You're not too sensitive. You’re just deeply in touch with the world, and that’s a strength.
When your system feels safe, your creativity flows.
When you trust yourself, the noise quiets down.
And when you feel seen, you begin to come alive again.
